3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Booking Policy

• Appointments must be booked in advance
• A consultation may be required before certain treatments
• We reserve the right to refuse service for medical or safety reasons

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee
• No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee
• Multiple no-shows may result in removal from our client roster

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made

7. Refund and Exchange Policy

• Single treatments are generally non-refundable once performed
• Package deals may be refunded on a prorated basis in certain circumstances
• Refund requests must be made in writing within 48 hours of treatment
• Medical contraindications discovered after booking may result in full refund
• Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred

9. Photography and Marketing

• Before and after photos may be taken for medical records

• Minors aged 16-17 may receive certain treatments with parental consent

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Laser & Beauty Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific treatment in question.
