We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This policy allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for treatment.
Important: Text messages and voicemails are not guaranteed to be received within 24 hours. Please call during business hours or email for cancellations.
Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the reserved services.

For urgent cancellations outside business hours: Please leave a detailed voicemail with your name, appointment date/time, and contact information. However, cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will still be subject to our cancellation policy.
